“Demons aren’t real. They are metaphors.” FOX has released a new teaser trailer for their upcoming series The Exorcist at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.

Based on the 1973 horror film, the show stars Geena Davis, Alfonso Herrera, Ben Daniels, Hannah Kasulka, and Brianne Howey.

The Exorcist premieres on September 23rd.
