How sharp are Sidney and Geordie during the fourth season of the Grantchester TV show on PBS? A PBS period mystery drama, Grantchester stars James Norton, Robson Green, Tessa Peake-Jones, Tom Brittney, Al Weaver, Kacey Ainsworth, Oliver Dimsdale, Nick Brimble, Gary Beadle, Bradley Hall, Felix Scott, Skye Lucia Degruttola, and Jemma Redgrave. Set in the 1950s, in the Cambridgeshire village of Grantchester, the British detective series is based on James Runcie’s Grantchester Mysteries. The story centers on sleuthing Anglican vicar Sidney Chambers (Norton) and his partner in crime-fighting, Detective Inspector Geordie Keating (Green).

Grantchester is a huge hit with or without James Norton and should continue for several more seasons. Lets hope!
I discovered Grantchester during a hospital stay. I had a ruptured appendix with pain and complications. In my room was a TV and nothing was appealing to me. That is until I turned to PBS and began viewing the show Grantchester in the middle of the show. I was amazed and fascinated with the cast, costumes, acting and the plot lines. I absolutely fell in love with the entire show. I’m glad Grantchester has been renewed for season five. I think the new vicar will work out.

Loved it though I will miss James Norton. However I am a fan of the show and will continue to watch! Please give us season five!!
I vote for Grantchester to come back for season 5. Also I enjoyed all the seasons.
