Great shows may come to an end but that doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to the performers. Here’s where you’ll be able to find some of your favorites this Fall.
Paul Reubens, Pee-Wee Herman himself, has been cast as traveling homeopathic antidepressant salesman Alfredo Aldarisio in NBC’s Pushing Daisies sitcom. The role may become a recurring one.
Danica McKellar (Winnie Cooper from The Wonder Years) will be returning to How I Met Your Mother in the fourth episode of the sitcom’s upcoming third season. She’ll be reprising her role as Ted’s memorable one-night stand from season one.
Following in the footsteps of George Takei, fellow Star Trek alumni Nichelle Nichols (Uhura) will be guesting on NBC’s Heroes this fall. She’ll be playing the New Orleans grandmother of Dana Davis’ new character Monica.
James Marsters, the actor formerly known as Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, is joining the cast of CBS’ Without a Trace crime drama. As Detective Mars, he’ll be brought in to investigate a human trafficking ring. It’s a recurring role right now but may become a series regular.
John Francis Daley (Sam from Freaks and Geeks and Jim on Kitchen Confidential) has joined the cast of FOX’s Bones in a recurring role as a therapist. Stay tuned!
Detective MARS… possibly joining FBI???
How many people vote that there is a frustrated fan of Veronica Mars on the creative staff for ‘Without a Trace’?
Anyways it is a very good thing to see James Marsters back on TV. He is very tallented and much too typecast.
