It looks like Nick’s fights on Friday nights are far from over. NBC has renewed Grimm for a fifth season for 2015-16.
On Grimm, Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) continues to fight to keep humanity safe from the supernatural creatures of the world. Others in the cast include Russell Hornsby, Bitsie Tulloch, Silas Weir Mitchell, Sasha Roiz, Reggie Lee, Bree Turner, and Claire Coffee.
Grimm is down by 7-10% in the ratings so far this season; averaging a 1.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 4.99 million viewers. This season will see the fantasy crime drama reach the 88 episode mark, enough episodes for syndication. Next year it will likely reach 100 installments — quite an impressive feat for a genre series that airs on Friday nights on a major network.
What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Are you glad that it’s been renewed? How long should it continue?

My husband and I LOVE THIS SHOW. It is something we watch every Friday. The story line is fantastic , and we love all the characters. It was a bit unsettling that Juliette is dead, but we will continuue to watch & maybe he will find someone new. The characters are awesome ! We love Monroe, Rosalie, Woo, Captain Renard, Hank, Nick, & even Adeline.
WE WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED if the show is cancelled.
PLEASE PLEASE KEEP IT ON !!!!!
YAY!!!! I love this show!! It’s a Friday night ritual to watch Grimm!! We always plan around it, so we make it home in time to watch! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for season five!!!!
My family loves Grimm TV show and can’t wait for the next season to start. We are waiting for the new season to start.
Love grim great series. Just don’t understand why the writers have to get so into relationships and breakups. Why can’t the show be simple killing monsters the end one big happy family. It’s to deep and if you miss a couple of show your lost.
One of the best shows and you people are thinking about cancelling the show, why don’t you cancel thesereality shows, all I can say why don’t you cancel yourselfs out and bring back TV shows instead of this crap that is on now,you cancel this show you have lost a view, thank you.
Can’t wait for this season, I hope Grimm won’t end.
I love this show. Have watched for the last few years. My husband is even hooked. Great acting and funny too.
I love Grimm and suffer withdrawals at the end of each season. Everyone I’ve introduced to Grimm ends up addicted too. So thrilled it’s been renewed. I think it needs to be advertised more. No one knows about if but once they see it they’re hooked…..including my kids and their wives who are all in their 30’s.
great show can wait for it to start again. thanks for 5th season.
Please don’t take away my pleasure on Friday nights. Watching Nick and his partner fight with justice. Enjoyable show. Well scripted. Can’t wait to see Grimm. Some shows aren’t meant to be replaced. WAITING FOR THE BIG RETURN NBC!!!!!
Keep it going. It’s entertaining, well written and Well acted. Not too mention that I am not concerned about inappropriate language, mature scenes or unnecessary violence being presented to my children.
I have watched Grimm since it started. The different (what I call monsters) are fascinating. I love the main characters especially Nick. Please continue the show it is my highlight for a Friday night. Thanks
