Mistresses: If There’s a Fifth Season, One Star Won’t Be in It

Mistresses will be one mistress short next season. TVLine reports star Yunjin Kim is leaving the ABC series after four seasons.

Kim played Dr. Karen Kim on the primetime soap, which also stars Rochelle Aytes, Jes Macallan, Tabrett Bethell, Rob Mayes, and Brett Tucker. Season four just ended last night.

Kim is not the first actress to leave the series. Both Alyssa Milano and Jennifer Esposito have exited the drama, which continues to drop in the ratings. Season four of Mistresses received an average of only .61 in the 18-49 demo and 2.601 million viewers. ABC has not yet announced whether the show will have a fifth season or not.

If there is, however, don’t expect Dr. Kim to be in it.

I really love this show. It cannot be cancelled. Once I started watching, I just could not stop. It cannot end like this. Please bring it back. I know Mistresses have been leaving but surprisingly enough it is not killing the show. Please bring it back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please ABC please do not cancel mistresses . Each episode kept you on your toes
I couldn’t wait for next week’s episode to come . I was in shocked and confused when I read that ABC has cancelled the show
All the story lines and characters were amazing. Maybe consider having the show start in the fall . EVEN THOUGH I’M WRITING THIS ABC DOESN’T CARE TO LOOK WHAT FANS HAVE TO SAY

Please renew my favorite summer show “Mistresses”!!! I love this show! I was sad when Alyssa left and now I hate that Yunjin Kim is leaving, but it I still an awesome show! Please, please, please renew it!!!

How can they cancel it after the ending last night?? You know the saying ‘the show must go on!’ It is torture to wait all winter for this show to come back next summer.
