Is the fifth and final season of The Originals TV show on The CW a good send off for this long-running series? As we know, the Nielsen ratings would typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like The Originals was to be cancelled or renewed for season six. Although it is technically not “cancelled,” many viewers are frustrated their viewing habits and opinions weren’t considered, before the decision was made to end The Originals with season five. We care what you think, so we invite you to rate all of The Originals season five episodes for us here.
A Vampire Diaries spin-off and CW horror drama, The Originals stars Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, Phoebe Tonkin, Charles Michael Davis, Yusuf Gatewood, Steven Krueger, Danielle Rose Russell, and Riley Voelkel. Guest stars in season five include Claire Holt, Nathaniel Buzolic, Candice King, and Summer Fontana. In order to keep Hope (Russell) safe, Klaus (Morgan), Elijah (Gillies), Rebekah (Holt), and Kol (Buzcolic) absorb the Hollow’s energy and leave New Orleans. Soon though, they’re forced to return, and evil will follow them.

Love this show… Please bring back Haley cause Hope needs her and so do Klaus and Elijah… If anyone can bring her back, its Hope… love is the strongest magic ever, use it…… Help Rebekah find solice so that she and Marcel can be together.. These vampires are like family and can’t wait to see what happens next…. got it on record in case I’m not home so I dont miss a single showing.. Thank you
This is truly one of the best shows on, and keeps me watching. The brothers are amazing actors and the writing is terrific. Please keep this show on!!!!

“The Kindness of Strangers” is one of the most poignant episodes I have watched of any show. It was beautiful. I am so impressed with Hope.
I wish they weren’t cancelling the Originals. Maybe we can hope that the cast will be able to have guest appearances on the spin off.
I absolutely love The Originals & I’m upset this is the last season. But since Hayley was killed off last week then I guess it’s just as well it’s ending. The Mikaelson family is a force to be reckoned with. And you can’t help but love Klaus. Killing Hayley was a bad decision especially this early.
Please please don’t cancel it . I know you are gonna cancel it any way and whenever I think about this show ending it makes me really really sad . And this season 5 is way better than any of the game of thrones season . I am gonna post this site link on my social media apps . I have a few favorites, but The Originals is at the very top of my list. I have never missed an episode from the first season episode 1 to season 5 episode 7 which I just watched again tonite…please don’t end the show.

I really love these shows, you are canceling all the good ones. I watched every episode of every series of the Supernatural, The Magicians, Vampire Diaries, the Originals. I binged watched Van Helsing, superstition, ghost wars. I love theses shows. You canceled Vampire Diaries, the Original, and now Ghost wars. Please don’t cancel the rest of them.
