On Resurrection, a small town in Missouri is turned upside down when deceased loved ones start to return. The cast includes Omar Epps, Kurtwood Smith, Frances Fisher, Devin Kelley, Matt Craven, Samaire Armstrong, Mark Hildreth, Sam Hazeldine, and Landon Gimenez.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. I do not watch a lot of TV series. I loved this series and could not wait for the next week to see who would be coming back from the dead. I thought all the actors were great. Keep the series on, I will not be watching Believe it is so much of the same we see all the time.
For Sunday nights, my wife and I both like to watch Resurrection, Believe and Crisis.
They are all good. Have totally different story lines and all three have good actors. When a story can hold my interest and make me want to see the next show, that’s good. We don’t like Vampire shows and no Reality shows. Like someone said in one of the other comments. It’s like a good mystery novel and you can’t wait for the next chapter. We also like Blacklist and Revolution.

You have some serious issues. Are the creators of Believe paying you to spam this board? LOL get a life. I was going to check it out until I saw the triple post in a row…then though, “oh, he is just sort of a weirdo:P
The show is intriguing and keeps the viewer in suspense. Waiting for the next weeks episode is like reading a fine mystery novel that one is unable to put down . . . . but the book is not in hand and the viewer must wait. Suspense and a storyline which pulls the viewer in with a “How would I react or what would I believe?” will, I believe, make the rating soar by the last episode.
I love the show!!!!!! I can’t wait to see the next one..I sure hope they don’t cancel and leave us hangin that makes me so irritated. That is just unfair to the people who really like the show

Agree with you 100%. Although, as much as I do like Believe mostly because I watch it with my wife, I am not too sure it will survive. But it is definitely a better series than Resurrection.

The ratings are dropping quite fast. It can’t hold up against the Good Wife and even Believe.
i raved about this pilot in my TV blog lol. i love the idea of someone who died coming back to life, having lost loved ones myself, so this was an emotionally-connecting series for me. quite honestly, i thought it was well-acted and portrayed pretty well. my only issue was how the little boy, jacob, seemed oddly familiar w/ a touchscreen smartphone, when he was supposedly dead for the last 30 yrs….
Haha, I thought the same thing and also with video games. They only had a primitive Atari system 30 years ago. Also, his clothes looked completely modern. That was annoying. I do like the show a lot though and I hope they keep it.
It was…alright but, I’ll hold off reservation until I see the season finale. I was glad to see that it doesn’t seem to be playing out like Pet Cemetery because this isn’t the first show to have resurrection as a plot. Don’t get me wrong, Stephen King’s story was good but I don’t like it when a show clones and idea with slight alterations. I did find it somewhat intriguing though, I feel like there is some good potential to where this show can go as long as it’s written well enough.
I was not quite sure what to expect. I enjoyed it, but everyone to their own.
Watched Cosmos. Taped this. Will watch if I have time now that it’s daylight savings time.

Very interesting! Gives one a lot to think about and awaiting next week’s episode. I would say I like it and am anxious for next Sunday’s show. I’ll reserve my “Renew” or “Don’t Renew” until I see a couple more programs to know where this is going.
