TV show description:
This dramatic science-fiction TV series explores the question “What would you do without it all?” A family struggles to reunite in an American landscape where every single piece of technology — computers, refrigerators, air conditioners, planes, cars, phones, lights — has mysteriously stopped working. Electrical power has simply gone away. The show also revolves around the idea of family — both the family you’re born into and the family you choose.
Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) is the headstrong, curious and daring daughter of Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Ben Matheson (Tim Guinee). Ben is hiding a mysterious secret about the blackout. Maggie (Anna Lise Phillips), a medical doctor, became involved with him following his wife’s death.
When Charlie’s younger and thoughtful brother, Danny (Graham Rogers), is kidnapped by militia leaders, she must reconnect with her estranged uncle Miles Matheson (Billy Burke), a former US Marine and warrior who’s living as a recluse.
Together, with a rogue band of survivors, they set out to rescue Danny, overthrow the militia and ultimately re-establish the United States of America. All the while, they explore the enduring mystery of why the power failed and how or if it will ever return.
The rebel group includes fighter Nora (Daniella Alonso); General “Bass” Monroe (David Lyons), a former Marine who served alongside Miles; and Aaron (Zak Orth), a former Google executive and a computer genius who’s ill-prepared for the rigors of the technology-less world.
Captain Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito), a cultured former insurance adjuster turned Monroe Republic leader and Nate Walker (JD Pardo) is a member of the militia who has conflicted feelings for Charlie.
Episode #42 — Declaration of Independence
Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) and Monroe (David Lyons) launch an attack on the Patriots, but must improvise a risky new plan in order to halt the oncoming war between California and Texas. Out for revenge, Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) sets his sights on President Davis (guest star Cotter Smith). Meanwhile, Aaron (Zak Orth) and Rachel’s (Elizabeth Mitchell) efforts to save Priscilla (guest star Maureen Sebastian) from the nano-tech has unexpected consequences.
First aired: May 21, 2014.
What do you think? Do you like the Revolution TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for another season?
bring it back best series I’ve seen in a long time.
The show is not better than the walking dead, but it is a good show. I wish it would be renewed.

REVOLUTION is a big hit just got done watching both season 1 and 2 and it’s The best show I’ve seen. You need to bring it back I’m tired of the damn networks cancelling good shows and if NBC don’t want to make anymore season I think another Network should take over. Or NBC should just bring it back come on NBC just read everyone comments look and see how many people love this show and the characters are bad ass. So I ask you please!! please!! please!!!!!!!! Bring it back I’ve never given my opinion on any other show… Read more »
This is so ridiculous that CW cancelled this. WHY? Not enough money being made? You could have finished the season.

Sign the many petitions out there! They do not check this website. Wasting your time complaining.
Arguably one of the better shows I have seen in quite some time. Watched every episode and loved the storyline, casting, and character development. Should NBC cancel it? No!! That would be one more thing NBC has done wrong. Also, in following the information regarding ratings and percentages, it seems very clear that NBC does not take into account the number of viewers who are accessing the show through secondary mediums such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Perhaps the large networks such as NBC should consider the fact that many viewers have left traditional cable and satellite services for these… Read more »
P.S. Please renew but don’t take the series Blacklist off Mondays to do it.

I just watched Revolution on Netflix and really liked it. By the end of the two seasons
the characters were really developed into who they are. I hope it comes back!
I think the series should be renewed. I had just watched it on Netflix and really liked it.
Hope it comes back.
At least end the show. This was a good show and it needs an ending. Sell it to Netflix to finish it at least.
revolution is an amazing show, the fact that someone would cancel it shows what a bunch of idiots run tv based on what other idiots like. the details of the characters relationships, the tension, the way there expressions gave so much information…that was awesome. they didn’t have to say much at all to convey the effect. it also has action, fighting, ….it has it all. and it poses a real question, something that could happen and is not unthinkable. this is great tv. you can talk about it. we need this show to continue.
One of the only good shows left. BRING IT BACK!!! How can these networks just cancel and not end the story. Guess we shouldn’t watch any if these series!
Why cancelled? All of the good shows are cancelled!! Why?? If you are going to cancel at least have the decency to end the show….instead of leaving everyone hanging….It has great qualities…What would people do if the lights went out?
Nooooooooo, this is an excellent show!!!! It is award winning and deserving of more…bring it back!!!
