TV show description:
This action comedy series is based on the Rush Hour feature film franchise. It follows a maverick LAPD detective and a by-the-book detective from Hong Kong who knock heads when they are forced to partner together.
Detective Lee (Jon Foo) is a reserved and honorable master martial artist with lightning-fast moves. He comes to Los Angeles to avenge his sister’s alleged death and learn more about her connection to a Chinese organized crime ring.
Meanwhile, Detective Carter (Justin Hires) is a wisecracking cop who plays by his own rules. Carter’s boss, Captain Lindsay Cole (Wendie Malick), often gets frustrated with him she knows he’s a brilliant detective who gets results.
Attempting to help the two partnered detectives get along is Sergeant “Didi” Diaz (Aimee Garcia), Carter’s friend and former partner who doesn’t hesitate to call him out on his antics.
Secretly aiding them as an informant is Carter’s cousin, Gerald (Page Kennedy). He’s a low-level offender who runs with a tough crowd.
Even as their cultures clash and tempers flare, Carter and Lee can’t deny they make a formidable team. They’ll also grudgingly admit that sometimes an unlikely pairing can make for a great partnership.
Episode #13 — Familee Ties
When a meeting of rival Los Angeles gang lords is orchestrated by the Quantou gang, Carter and Lee must infiltrate it to find Lee’s sister Kim and save her from going further with the Quantou.

Rush hour was becoming one of the better shows in the CBS family. It was fun and entertaining to watch. It demonstrates CBS as a network showing more ethnic diversity in its line up. Saturday night would be a good home for this show because your line up for sat is weak you offer nothing. Sunday to friday is great why throw in the towel on Saturday please reconsider renewing for fall or maybe a summer mini series
I thought this was an awesome show. I really hope another network picks it up. I believe CBS should’ve thought their decision through before cancelling it. Oh well, we can always hope on another network getting this show. #FingersCrossed

Damn damn damn cette série étais promoteur moi même qui aime pas écouter les séries en anglais mais (RUSH HOUR) étais super. je suis extrêmement dégouter que le seul émission que j’écoutai en anglais soie canceller par CBC j’espere que le reste des épisode se retrouvera sur le net car ses dégeulace d’arrêter a l’épisode 8 vous aurier pu faire passer le restants de la séries quand même. !@#$%? je shoîte une mauvaise fin d’année pour CBC j’espère qui se son tirer une balle dans le pied pour avoir retirer la series a 5 épisode de la grande finale.

I wish that Rush can be put back on the air….it is one of the few TV shows that can be enjoyed by the whole family. The martial arts is more authentic than Jackie Chan’s. Lots of laughs and humor. The show does not insult your intelligence.
Loved this show.why cancel it. More reality dtuff. So tired of reality .
