Although ABC has had great ratings success with most of their Shondaland TV shows, the first season of The Catch TV show was a somewhat tepid performer. That said, it still managed to snag a second season. Will The Catch catch fire in season two? Will it be cancelled or renewed for season three? Stay tuned.
A mystery crime drama thriller, season two of The Catch stars Mireille Enos, Peter Krause, Jay Hayden, Jacky Ido, Rose Rollins, Sonya Walger, Elvy Yost, and John Simm. Gina Torres and T.R. Knight recur in the second installment. The ABC TV series features a game of cat and mouse between private investigator, Alice Vaughan (Enos), and the man she loves, the elusive con artist, Benjamin Jones (Krause). At the beginning of the second season, Ben has repented for betraying Alice by turning himself into the Feds, to save her from wrongful imprisonment. Now locked up, he has time to reflect on his transgressions. Meanwhile, the team at Anderson Vaughan Investigations grapples with working with villains. How will Alice and Ben game the system — and each other — to stay together and overcome their dicey histories?

Really fun TV. So nice to have something easy to watch for a change. Very refreshing. Season 3 PLEASE!
I loved season one and sent an email that it not be cancelled. Season 2, not so much. I liked it when it was more about the two main characters–it was more like an old 40’s movie. Now there are so many sexually uninhibited , murdering characters, that it’s just not fun anymore.
As someone who watches a ton of tv I have to say this show is by far my favourite. It trumps Greys which is saying a lot considering I’ve watched from the very beginning and it is a close second. I’ve watched this show from the very beginning as well and will continue to love and support it. Peter Krause and Mireille Enos have spectacular chemistry, I’ve loved Peter for many years because of Six Feet Under and Parenthood. The Catch was much better season 1. The constant loud pounding musical score is annoying and distracting. Story line is unfocused and confusing. Mirelli Enos and Lesley Nicol talents are wasted in this series. All style and little substance.

Murder She Wrote? Are you kidding? The name if this show should be Murdered My Intelligence, Wasting My time and Sucking Up To Shonda, and it should be CANCELLED! And it better be!
I absolutely love this series. I even bought series 1 on ITunes. It’s full of suspense and smart writing. Shonda rocks.
Love it… Please don’t cancel! I think part of the problem is the shows competion on the night it airs. I have 3 shows that I like tonwatch in its time slot. Consider moving it to a different night!

Also, I don’t really care for Shonda Rhimes productions, but I’ll give this a thumbs up for season 2.

This show has to be CANCELLED! The ratings are getting WORSE. An absolute embarrassment. Not everything Shonda Rimes turns to gold. Some of it turns to poo. Not Winnie the Pooh.

This is one of the few shows my husband and I can agree on. It’s fantastic! It’s well-written, surprising and just a pure joy to watch. I would watch this show over How to Get Away with Murder any day!
This is an interesting fun filled show with intrigue. A little romance and the cast is great! Keep for a third season!
