The first season of Turn didn’t do very well in the ratings but AMC renewed it anyway. Now that the series has an expanded title, will more viewers tune in? Will it be cancelled or renewed for a third season? Stay tuned to find out.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.

What do you think? Do you like the Turn: Washington Spies TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a third season?
The lower ratings could be attributed to the fact that Turn has not been widely promoted. I was not aware of Turn until season 2 when promos aired on other stations. It’s fantastic. Additionally the ratings may be lower because its content is too cerebral for some who watch reality programming like “Real Housewives”. Sadly mindless stupidity is rewarded with the higher ratings. Please bring this series back. As other viewers have mentioned I too check frequently for renewal information.
PLEASE< PLEASE bring it back. For the first time I really want to know what happened in the Revolutionary War behind the scenes. Absolutely riveting in every way. Such quality.
Started watching this weekend and binge watched all of season 1 on Netflix and the 2. On xfinity go. Hoping they renew for a third season. I always get on the bus late and it’s cancelled before I even knew it was there.
Please renew TURN…my favorite show on TV now.
Wonderful show. Can’t wait for season 3.
Please renew for season 3. Photography, acting, writing, hisotry, what isn’t there to love? Magnificent.
Yes, I would love to see this show continue. I can not imagine anyone not loving it. My favorite is the actress that plays Anna. I tune in when I saw her and started loving the show. Please let me what is going to happen to it.
Sitting here on July 4th thinking I cannot wait to see the 3rd season of Turn: Washington’s Spies. Please renew. THE only show I’ve been interested in in a long time. History, story line, all the best in my opinion. I just cannot believe I have to wait so long for the return to begin with. You CANNOT cancel.
How has this show not been renewed yet?? Really hoping for some renewal news soon, this show is my absolute favorite – I feel like I haven’t watched a program with so much talent from the cast, crew, and writing and production staff in a long, long time. Never even heard of the Culper Ring before this, and THAT is why this show is important. It presents history in a way that gets people interested and engaged, and it does a lot of justice to these forgotten heroes. Do the right thing, AMC, and bring this show back!!
My husband and I began watching TURN through our Netflix subscription. It’s one of the best shows we’ve seen in a long time. PLEASE keep it going for more seasons. We would be extremely disappointed if it was not renewed. Thank you for the great show!
Please renew for season 3. We love reading about the real history behind the show after every episode – we just finished season 2 and can’t wait for word that it’s been renewed.
Just really love the show. Fairly historically correct and enough human drama so we get into it.
Hope Season 3 returns SOMEWHERE, just finished Season 2 on my DVR!
please renew season3
This show has some awful aspects to it. After their 1st season they vanished for a year and returned with a 2nd season that was three episodes. Its day is over—just a matter of time for the announcement to be made. I doubt another channel will pick it up because there has to be a show to pick up, and I wonder how many more episodes they filmed. It can’t be cheap. As to its quality, I won’t be sad to see it go. They ruined an excellent subject for a series with this nasty soap opera.
If AMC doesn’t pick it up, I’m hoping History Channel does. Don’t know what the parent company relationship between the two cable channels are.
