NBC is trying an interesting experiment with Aquarius by releasing most of the season’s episodes online before they air on television. Have they given up on the traditional ratings? Will it be renewed for a second season or will it be cancelled instead? Stay tuned.
Set in 1967 Los Angeles, Aquarius, revolves around the generational conflict between an experienced homicide detective (David Duchovny) and an idealistic undercover vice cop (Grey Damon). The rest of the cast includes Gethin Anthony, Emma Dumont, Claire Holt, and Chance Kelly.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. I got onto this site because, for the 2nd time this month, I’ve tuned in for “Aquarius” and found NOTHING!! What’s going on? It looks like there are episodes scheduled, so am I the only one not finding it? I thought it may have been cancelled, but, you all seem to be seeing it. I’m very disappointed.
It’s moved to Saturdays at nine.
They moved the series to Sat but the TV Guide and even the guide with Comcast still had it listed for Thursday.

Yes I like the series very much. It is from my era and I think that it is very good. I have NO idea why you guys changed it to Saturday night. It is well acted the characters are interesting to say the least. I do think although the actor who plays Manson is good, I think you should have went for a more lifelike looking Manson vs.who is playing him on the show. Its not being taken off it will be back for a second season. In fact they are going to start filming soon.
yes, I do like it and want to see where it goes! Hopefully you re-think Hannibal as well….. These are by far the best, most original, interesting shows on TV!
Don’t cancel Aquarius whatever you do! That show is one of the best shows on!

This show is horrible. I am not sure why it has been renewed with such horrible ratings. Why on earth would anyone want to display the kind of filth this man did. Tragic that anyone would watch it after the 121st episode. In my opinion of course.
To you it was horrible. It is a very interesting series. I’ve seen many other tv series that is way more violent. They are showing Manson as the nut case he is

Seeing what life is today with all the people being brainwashed or being recruited by ISIS I think it is the perfect series to show how this type of stuff can happen with mind less kids..I am not living in a bubble maybe you are..the New is not all that people think it is cracked up to be..yes it has it’s good points and bad. Yes, Anonymous – I saw that it was picked up, I’m very glad it was; in spite of those people who didn’t seem to like it. I guess “those” people like more “storybook” television; I like GOOD television.
