Finding carter is by far the best show on tv right now. I never miss an episode…I really hope they renew it for another season. I love the characters, and yeah the storylines may be alittle crazy sometimes but its still very entertaining and always leaves me wanting the next episode to hurry up and get here so I can watch it. Its a great show…Please MTV Renew it.

Could never get past Lori’s story line and how she is still on the show not behind bars. Now they have turned it into another teen soap where the teens think they are 20 somethings who can do whatever they want.

While I think the writers are running out of ideas to keep the show moving, the unexpecting twists that are no longer really connected to carter being an abducted child still keep my attention and I DVR it every week. Keep the show MTV!

I feel bad for the actors of this show, they are all pretty good but the writers did them no favors. This is a classic case of the network and new show runner changing the direction of the show and ruining it. They have made Carter probably the worst lead character ever. Finding Carter has now been lost.

I don’t understand how people still like this show to be honest. Its a fraction of what it was, during season 1 which had depth, storytelling, and intrigue. Now in season two it is just another teen soap opera that is so far fetched with its story lines its totally unbelievable and has continued to get worse as its goes on. They changed direction after season 1, its so obvious and it was a bad decision. They opened with Lori drugging Carter, kidnapping her, forcing her against her will to call her sister to kidnap her, then hold a gun… Read more »

I think the Taylor/Max relationship is creepy. They look too much like brother and sister.

This show had such a great premise. The first season was pretty good but it lost half its audience from the premiere to season 1 finale. Its lost another half its audience from the season 2 premiere to the season 2a finale. I understand this show is for teenagers but the story lines are so far fetched it just cannot be taken seriously anymore. I would be very surprised if this show makes it past the 2b season because of the writing, not the actors.

This show is not awesome, the second season was horrible because of the writing. And now I see they are not only keeping the Lori character but letting her out of jail free to walk. Come on I am all for suspending some belief for a TV show but that is too much, I am not stupid and for the writers to think people will believe it just makes me shake my head.

I loved the first season and couldn’t wait for the second season. Turns out I really could wait if I knew what was going on in the first half. What happened? The first season was beautiful but the second season has been a stinker (so far).

I know they brought in a different showrunner for the second season… if this keeps up, they really oughta bring Terri Minsky back and restore things.

I couldn’t agree more! I really enjoyed season one, however, ever since they switched show runners, the show just hasn’t been the same. Terri Minsky did a great job. I don’t know why the switched.

Why make us get hooked on a series and then drop it. Pretty soon we will only rent movies. That we can control, this is a shame. Keep it on. 30 or so shows are not sufficient to like it or not.

So how does Lori being the biological mom take away from Liz’s relationship with the daughters in any way? Lori simply donated her eggs. The only thing that has taken away from Elizabeth’s relationship with her daughters is her own dishonesty on the subject. Because Carter or no Carter, there was no reason she shouldn’t have told Taylor before now. But clearly the show had a motive for Lori to do what she did since the pilot and this wasn’t something they decided to do recently, they knew they were going to do it pretty early on. As for shoving… Read more »

The problem I have with what your saying is Lori is the villian. The show doesnt need a villian, Lori played her role in season one but it is not needed anymore. Her storyline more then any other is the drag on the show . The show should be moving forward with Carter, the Wilson’s, her friends, etc. instead of constantly rehashing the past because of Lori. And Lori being the bio mom (her eggs) and Liz just carrying them to term was a huge insult to the viewers – Liz had to be the biological mother as it does… Read more »

I think its time for the show to go. The premise in season one was interesting, but in the second run, stupid began: dude shoots another and then gets released from jail and them they’re buddies? Then said shooter needs a place to stay and stays at the arresting cops’ house? All while the main girl is now starting to whine and whine. “Oh my future, oh I’ll never be nothing”. Boo hoo. All, while all 3 kids became instant sarcastic smartass’s. I don’t care how many times parents screw up, kids shouldn’t disrespect and use it as a reason… Read more »

Couldn’t have said it better. The writers ruined their own show. To me they totally ruined it when they made Lori the bio mom and Liz just carried her eggs to term. Totally ruined the connection of Liz to her daughters. Liz should have always been the bio mom. No one wants Lori or Crash but they keep shoving them down our throats and the viewers wanted Max and Taylor and they blew that up and made Taylor as unlikable as Carter is sometimes. The show will be cancelled it is bleeding so many viewers. Such a great premise and… Read more »
