FOX’s 12th season of Hell’s Kitchen just finished airing at the end of July and was down by 20% in the all-important 18-49 demographic. Is it too soon for another cycle?
Will the ratings even dip lower? Could this Gordon Ramsay series, a staple of the network for years, be cancelled or is it almost guaranteed to be renewed for a 14th season? Stay tuned to find out.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically the following morning, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.

Due to a Nielsen glitch, some of the early ratings of the 2014-15 season were revised a few weeks later.

What do you think? Do you like the Hell’s Kitchen TV series? Do you think it should be renewed for a 14th season or is it time for the show to be cancelled?
I do not like the woman narrator that Helps kitchen has on this series. I’m going to stop watching it altogether if they do not take it out!!! Errrrrr!
There is a requirement that Hell’s Kitchen contestants must be American citizens.
I think the end is nearing; prefer MasterChef well over Hell’s Kitchen, the format for which really doesn’t change. This year’s contestants aren’t even likeable. Question when this was really filmed, since the Pub and Grill will be opened in an Atlantic City Casino – that would be the land of dying casinos and increased poverty.
Hotel Nightmare is Kitchen Nightmares relocated.
Love Gordon, but sometimes “too much” becomes a problem, and creativity is sacrificed.
FOX has already renewed it for a 14th, 15th and 16th season. The end isn’t nearing. It’s still a pretty good show and it’s the no. 1 cooking show among adults in the 18-49 demographic. Anyway they’re moving it to Tuesday’s so I assume the ratings will start to go up.
As much as I like Hell’s Kitchen the ratings keep falling and I fear that this will be the last season. I think that Fox made a mistake by switching the night to Wednesday. However, it looks like it is the #1 rated reality show for Fox so maybe it will be renewed who knows? What do others think?
I love Hell’s Kitchen but I wonder why 95% of the contestants are overweight, smoke and use such foul language?
Of course,it would be nice if there weren’t many two-part episodes some of the time..
-It Kind of ruins it for the tv viewers,If You Know What I Mean – it beats chewing
your fingernails from week to week, knowing who’s going to be eliminated,Right !!
Maybe if some of these shows should be on a different station. I want Judge Alex back and of course Mason must be with him. You should take a pole and see how many people watched this show Judge Alex and Mason were the high point of my day.
