This season, there are several new TV shows that are based on feature films. Historically, most have done poorly in the ratings and have been cancelled after one season. Will Limitless be one of the lucky ones and be renewed for a second season by CBS? Stay tuned.
On Limitless, deadbeat Brian Finch (Jake McDorman) is given the NZT-48 drug and it unlocks 100% of his brain. Brian has complete recall of whatever he’s learned at any point in his life, either consciously or subconsciously. The FBI want to use him to help solve crimes but they’re not the only ones interested in Brian and the drug. The rest of the cast includes Jennifer Carpenter, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Hill Harper, and Colin Salmon.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. My family was totally disappointed that Limitless is cancelled!! Please bring this outstanding show back!! It is a quality show with excellent actors and writers! LOVE THIS SHOW! Please bring it back!!!
Limitless is smart, funny, interesting….very disappointed right now. I hope another network is smart enough to pick it up. I almost exclusively watch CBS…but they have started making some bad decisions the past couple of years. HBO and the History channel are slowly becoming my favorites.
Please, please don’t cancel Limitless. We LOVED IT. Very clever transition from movie version!! Casting was perfect! The humor was so an unexpected treat. Looked forward to it every week. We have so mane disgusting savage crime shows on that we can’t stand, especially in the world we live in. This was so refreshing!!! You have sold it more than you did!! Just begging you to change your minds!!!!!

I am a fan. I just started watching about a month ago on demand and found the storyline very interesting. I hope the show returns.
Good show! Good plot along with great actor’s. Makes you think how limetless our world actually is.
At a time when the many Americans appear to be sad examples of devolution, it’s refreshing to have a series in which the hero is using his full brain capacity (even if his state of awareness is drug-induced). I hope the series of Limitless lasts for many years to come. Also Jake McDorman is the perfect hero, as handsome as he is clever.
Limitless is one of the few clean, funny, exceptionally creative, innovative shows on television. I hope CBS has the decency and good sense to renew it for another year for those of us who are disgusted with most of the mindless violent and sexual excuses for entertainment other shows and networks seem to think are acceptable these days.

Limitless is one of the best shows on TV it’s a fun show I am so tired of all the dark and vulgar shows on TV right now and Limitless is funny and so refreshing keep it on please!!
