Who’s returning for season five of Nashville? Variety reports at least nine castmembers will be returning for the new season on CMT.
Earlier, we reported Will Chase (Luke Wheeler) and Aubrey Peeples (Layla Grant) are unlikely to be regulars for the country music drama’s fifth season.
Those who are likely to return are series regulars Connie Britton, Hayden Panettiere, Charles Esten, Sam Palladio, Jonathan Jackson, Clare Bowen, Lennon Stella, Maisy Stella, and Chris Carmack. Neither CMT nor Lionsgate have made an official announcement about season five casting yet.
The network has also not yet announced a premiere date.

Great news. Thank you Nashville, i do not normally come out to complain about a show being canceled or being given the X but this is the 2nd show i have complained getting the boot. This show is one of my favorite shows on t.v. so thank you CMT i guess you have just picked up a new a more watched channel. I love CMT people let them know .
