Quantico is losing not one but two characters. Recently, star Yasmine Al Massri announced she is leaving the ABC TV show after two seasons.
Al Massri played twin FBI recruits Nimah and Raina on the drama series, which also stars Priyanka Chopra, Jake McLaughlin, Aunjanue Ellis, Johanna Braddy, Russell Tovey, Blair Underwood, Pearl Thusi, and Aarón Díaz.
On Instagram, Al Massri announced her departure from Quantico. ABC has already renewed the series for a short third season.

She played her part very well but why is she leaving another subject to show was excellent program but the going back in time in Back to the Future and back and back and forward and it was annoying I’m not sure I’ll watch third season if this continues sorry great show thank you
They lost me after the first season . Yes, they are very pretty people. Still, watching them bed hop gets pretty boring pretty quick. Too much sex, too little story.
I feel her role was very important to Quantico, and she played both characters very strongly. She (they) will be missed I am sure.

I think she will be missed. she played both parts well. I am a fan of Quantico, so will continue to watch and hope it doesn’t get cancelled. Problem is when they make the story line too convoluted, they lose viewers because no one wants to work hard to follow a story line. we live in an age of instant gratification, which is why stupid canned comedies, which I detest, rank so high.
Some people are willing to work for it. But there’s still a difference between complicated and convoluted.

Of all her fine scenes, my memory sticks to one compelling moment at the very first episode when she walked into a gas station and asked to use the ladies room. Her face said a million, zillion words.
I will miss her tremendously. This is a fave of mine.
I love the show and thought she was actually a twin, and both sisters were on the show, so bravo to her for playing a dual role, she’s a great actress.. She will be missed, both characters..
