canceled + renewed TV shows - TV Series Finale

Satisfaction: Season One Ratings

Published: October 2, 2014

Satisfaction TV show on USA Networks: latest ratingsMatt Passmore’s last cable series, The Glades, was on the air for four seasons before A&E cancelled it. Will his new USA show Satisfaction run as long or longer — or will it be cancelled after just one year? Stay tuned.

On Satisfaction, a successful married man (Passmore) has his world turned upside down when he discovers that his wife (Stephanie Szostak) of 18 years has hired a professional lover (Blair Redford). Through a series of events, he ends up deciding to try the escort business for himself. Others in the cast include Michelle DeShon and Katherine LaNasa.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.

10/2 update: USA has renewed Satisfaction for a second season.

Final season averages: 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 1.38 million total viewers.

Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.

Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

What do you think? Do you like the Satisfaction TV show? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?

I don’t really like the premise of the show. Either you want to be married to someone or you don’t. If you want to be married, then don’t cheat. If you don’t want to be married, then get a divorce. Once divorce, it won’t be called cheating; instead, it would be called dating. And don’t try to push that, “I still love my husband routine.” Love is putting the one you loves feelings above your own selflessly. When you cheat you are thinking only of yourself. That is not love. Finally, if you are feeling misunderstood or disconnected in your… Read more »

I really like Passmore’s new show. I hope that USA will let the series continue. I really like having a sexy, interesting new show to watch each week.

Love the show. It proves how messed up a girl can be when her man works hi ass off to give her and his family everything they want

Is the wife the same lady that played the assassin in Iron Man 3? Loved her performance in that short scene where she fought Tony Stark!

Hate the commercial. I wish they would quit running it every commercial spot while I’m watching all the other USA shows that I LOVE. I turn it to another channel just to miss the commercial. I won’t even watch the show. Especially when the commercial says it’s an example of todays marriages. So disagree. I don’t watch USA for oversexed tv, I watch it to be entertained.

It’s not as bad as the comm. It’s more on relationships and working too much to be with your wife. Thus, horny women the need someone to talk too and of course a little lovin’.

Horrible show. Definitely not a family show. Should have left Glades on.

Love this show. Right up there with Rush and of course the best ofthe best-Royal Pains.

Rush ratings are low too. It’s just another Royal Pains in a different location with a Dr. that has as many problems as his patients. Guess they couldn’t think of anything new. Used to love USA original shows but they are getting boring and nothing new. I doubt Rush will make it.

I have not seen Rush, nor do I care to, but the ads make it seem like it’s Royal Pains meets House.

For me I didn’t know what to expect, I didn’t watch previews. I had high hopes for MATT PASSMORE he’s good looking and I finally saw he can act. The Glades just didn’t give him the action. The 1st show shock after shock entertaining yes, but I’m not a prude but oversexed. I love Matt’s body but I want him doing more than showing his body. Sadly it will be cancelled the story line reminds me of the boring years of shows like Dynasty etc. SEX DOESN’T MAKE A SHOW THIS COULD COME CLOSE TO BEING A PORNO, TO ESCORTS,… Read more »

Didn’t really like the premise of the show but watched the 1st 2 episodes to give it a chance. Not impressed. Spoiled rich people that really have nothing to complain about and don’t know how lucky they are complaining about their lives in general and their sex lives in particular while pretty much ignoring their only child. So to add excitement to their spoiled privileged lives they pay or get paid for sex with other people besides their spouse. Geez is this what Hollywood thinks is a hard life and entertainment? Who cares! Let’s erode the moral fabric of the… Read more »

Thank you for this comment. My thoughts, exactly. I was honestly thinking to myself how long can a show like this last? I don’t see it going anywhere. They are spoiled, an ungrateful couple living a life most people would give anything for. I did not find anything about this show entertaining. The ratings are poor so hopefully it will be gone soon.

Was pleasantly surpised after watching the first episode of this show. Didn’t like the previews very much, but love the actors so gave it a chance. Really a great show! Will continue to watch!
