FOX’s new series Star just finished its first season earlier this month, but what about season two? The network has already renewed the Lee Daniels show for another season. What do you think? Will you watch season two?
The drama follows three talented singers as they navigate the cut-throat music business on their road to success. The cast includes Queen Latifah, Benjamin Bratt, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, and Brittany O’Grady.
For a new show, Star didn’t receive stellar ratings. After a very good start, the show’s numbers started to fall very quickly and the season finale drew about half as many viewers as the premiere.
Season one averaged a 1.34 rating in the 18-49 demo and only 4.22 million viewers. Nevertheless, FOX renewed the series for a second season. Clearly, some viewers have lost interest. Are you one of them?

I stopped watching on tv and started using the Fire Stick. That may the reason for the lower Nielsen ratings. So many people are using Fire Stick and amazon.
Obviously !!! Great show better than Empire season 3 less soap opéra more real issues and MORE GOOD MUSIC… I stop watching on tv because Its on Netflix. Everybody around me did the same … The first episodes on tv and The rest on Netflix maybe thats the reason
