The Mel Robbins Show will not return next fall. The daytime talk show has been canceled. The series will finish out its one and only season though, so viewers can keep tuning in to watch the series until then.
Sony Pictures TV said the following about the cancellation of The Mel Robbins Show:
“The Mel Robbins Show will continue production as planned and deliver original episodes for the entire season, however it will not be returning for season two. Mel has had a positive impact on millions of daytime viewers and we still strongly believe in her message and the work she is doing. We are proud of the show and the talented team and thank our partners and launch group at Nexstar, and our advertisers and sponsors, for their exceptional support.”
Robbins also has her own words to share about the decision to end the series after one season, per The Hollywood Reporter:
“It was a privilege to have a platform on television to fight for everyday people. I am so proud of the show we created because it serves as a lifeline and daily resource for viewers who are struggling and want more out of their lives. I end every show by saying, ‘I believe in you and your ability to change,’ and with or without this show, I mean it.”
This fall, shows featuring Drew Barrymore and Nick Cannon will join the daytime talk show ranks.
What do you think? Do you watch The Mel Robbins Show? Are you sad that the show has been canceled?

glad to see it taken off, the only thing she inspired me to do was post this comment.
it sucked
I can’t believe this is happening ☹️Mel had made such a difference for so many people especially for those of us who watch from home. She is very smart and totally deserves another season. Why do the stations continue to put out 1,2 and 3 more USELESS talk shows with the SAME STUFF that we have already seen!!!!!!! This is NOT A GOOD MOVE FOR FOX!! PLEASE RETHINK THIS!
Thanks,

I am astounded at this decision, as I think it is the most wonderful daytime show. Since it started, it is the core of my mornings. Mel is whip-smart, compassionate, incisive and able to help people clarify complex problems and suggest first steps to solutions in simple, respectful, memorable ways which I am sure many of us have needed for a lifetime. To me, Mel’s program seems like a one-of-a-kind, priceless genre much needed by an underserved majority of people, from all walks of life. Many find it easier to learn by watching, listening instead of reading. Finally, when there… Read more »
Devastated! Her show hit so many soft spots and has opened my mind to ongoing issues in the world I might not have been aware of…. Don’t CANCEL! PLEASE
Disappointed shows like this get cancelled but other horrible shows like Maury continue. So ready to get rid of my cable and just do streaming.
So sorry to see this show end. It was so helpful to so many. I love Mel’s true, open, and honest opinion and views. Maybe some network will pick it up. There is an audience out there that needs this!
When this show was first announced, I was so happy to someone step up and making huge difference and giving encouragement, hope and practical doable advice to really make differenced. Why in the world would you not renew Mel Robbins, she is bold, and just what the world needs.
I didn’t care for the show, I felt it got away from Mel’s true purpose…how she introduced the 5-4-3-2-1-Go! concept to all of us and implementing it in our daily lives.
I do not like it when great shows, like this one, ends!!!!!
