Aimee Carrero will be back. Deadline reports the Young & Hungry star will reprise her role for Freeform’s upcoming spin-off series.
On Young & Hungry, Carrero plays Gabi Diamond’s (Emily Osment) roommate/best friend, Sofia Rodriguez.
The recently announced spin-off will feature Sofia and Logan Rawlings (Ashley Tisdale), a magazine editor. The title and premiere date of the spin-off have not been announced yet.
Season four of Young & Hungry premieres on June 1st.

Thank goodness, I’m so sick of the will they won’t they BS that is Josh and Gabi, I much prefer the other characters. Not sure what the point of Young and Hungry is but whatever they set out to do is a mess. If they do a Sofia spin off I’d give that a try. Think I may be over Young and Hungry though. They should have a mission statement for that show, if the statement is that each season will show a different way of how to horribly screw up a relationship or to showcase what a volatile relationship… Read more »
