NBC tried out 10 new TV series during the regular 2016-17 television season and cancelled four of them. Now, the Peacock Network is introducing The Brave. Can it live up to its title and perform heroically, or will it fall as so many who have gone on before it? Will The Brave be cancelled or renewed for season two? Stay tuned.
An undercover military drama, The Brave TV show stars Anne Heche, Mike Vogel, Natacha Karam, Demetrius Grosse, Noah Mills, Hadi Tabbal, Tate Ellington, and Sofia Pernas. The NBC series centers on Captain Adam Dalton (Vogel) who leads his Special Ops squad on dangerous field missions across the globe. Back in their Washington D.C. headquarters, D.I.A. Deputy Director Patricia Campbell (Heche) oversees the unit which provides support and analysis for Dalton and company. While this elite team usually faces seemingly insurmountable odds, they are dedicated to completing their missions successfully, regardless of the dangers and challenges thrown at them. **Status update below.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly in the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
1/30 update: You can see the rest of the latest night’s ratings.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Did you like The Brave TV series? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for a second season on NBC?
**5/11/2018 Status Update: The Brave has been cancelled by NBC after one season. Details here.
We love this show! Please do not cancel it!!!
Love this show. Always exciting. I don’t understand why the age group 18-49 seems to be group that determines what shows make it.
Great TV show. Please do not cancel.
I can’t get over the brave! It’s something I actually get really excited for and look forward to! And my dad is not much of a tv show type of person and he is obsessed with this show!! Definitely deserves a season two!! An earlier viewing time would be nice especially on a week night but even if that doesn’t happen it needs to continue continued in my opinion because just wow it’s the best!!
I don’t like military or violent shows, but in the effort to spend time with my husband I’ve been watching these with him. They are suspenseful, with light humor, and a satisfactory close to each episode. We can’t wait for season 2
Please please continue this series. It is absolutely best series on tv. I loved every episode.

Please renew for season two. My husband and I look forward to Monday nights. Kids in the bed by 9:00 so we can settle down and get ready to enjoy watching the Teams newest mission. Best new show on NBC!!!!
Started watching this show with episode 3 after hearing several people talk about it at work. I am officially addicted and can’t wait until next season.
Please renew this for another season. This series is intense, unique & also educational. Why do you ask? It gives many people a glimpse of what it is like to put ones self in harms way for a great country.
Renew I Love the show.
