Elementary returns to CBS for its fourth season, Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 10:00pm ET/PT. In anticipation of its fourth Elementary premiere, CBS has released what it is calling “A Look Ahead” — a preview of season four — and issued a new press release, describing the season opener.
Elementary stars Jonny Lee Miller as Sherlock Holmes; Lucy Liu as Joan Watson; Aidan Quinn as Captain Tommy Greyson; and Jon Michael Hill as Detective Marcus Bell. In season four, John Noble joins the cast as Sherlock’s father, Mr. Morland Holmes. Continue on for the press release and preview.

“The Past Is Parent” – When Holmes faces criminal charges in the aftermath of his recent violent behavior and relapse, his powerful father arrives in New York to fix his estranged son’s legal difficulties by any means necessary. Also, with Holmes and Watson’s consultancy with the NYPD in jeopardy, Holmes concentrates on the case of a missing wife believed to have been killed by her husband to try and get back in the department’s good graces, on the fourth season premiere of ELEMENTARY, Thursday, Nov. 5 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. John Noble joins the cast as Sherlock’s father, Morland Holmes.

So pleased that Elementary has been renewed. Great show, ensemble cast, storyline, and Johnny Lee Miller is I think the best Sherlock and true to sir Arthur Conan Doyle character. So rich and complex. Thanks for giving us a series for adults without the juvenile crass.
