The series follows Billy McBride (Thornton), the “David” of the series, who takes on the well-heeled Goliaths of the justice system and the world.

I was so glad that they decided to do a second season of Goliath. But I’m sorry to say that I was disappointed. It started off well but I feel like it took a weird turn starting with episode 6. I felt like episode 7 would never end. Eight episodes are not really enough.
I think season 1 was much better. I do want to see a 3rd season though. There is a lot of potential for a great series with a great cast.

I only first watched season one the beginning of June (18), & unbeknownst to me, season 2 dropped a few days ago, I noticed when browsing Amazon for a movie to watch, I just finished season 2, I started it late fri night, & it’s now 5:30 AM SUN morn!! PLEASE, renew, such a terrific show. Love Thornton, and the main cast. Nina ? Who plays Patty Solis ???? Lol, is so awesome, first thing I ever saw her in was Tower Heist 2011ish.
