It’s the beginning of the end for If Loving You Is Wrong on OWN. The cable channel has announced that the show has been renewed and the fifth season of the drama series will debut on Tuesday, March 10th, at 10:00 PM. The renewal comes as no surprise as stars of the series have said they’d already filmed episodes beyond season four.
OWN also revealed that there won’t be a sixth season since season five will mark the end of the series. It’s unclear how many episodes are left for If Loving You Is Wrong as the past seasons’ length has been inconsistent, ranging from 42 episodes (season one) to eight episodes (season four). Stars have celebrated filming 100 episodes so the fifth season will have at least 12 installments.

I personally think If Loving You Is Wrong should have a few more seasons than the fifth. Marcy , Randle, Eddie, Alex , Brad and Natalie’s man friend , forgot his name.. I would like thank the cast members for a wonderful show and I wish them much success……

Yes, definitely would watch more of If Loving U Is Wrong
Adding profanity killed it for me. It started off without it (first 2 seasons) and just got ridiculous despite some interesting twists and turns. A fundamental understanding of why Soaps become popular and have staying power (aside from the viewership) is the content, acting and relevant topics. Some story lines where just “stupid” and the language was ridiculous along with lousy digital censoring.. The actors and actresses (though appreciative of their pay checks) actually shine in other productions (even with fewer lines). Depend on the depth of the script, no repetitive words/lines. I like the show and I would watch beyond season 5
