Are Eric Beaumont and the team still in top form during the second season of the Ransom TV show on CBS? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Ransom is cancelled or renewed for season three. A CBS crime drama from creators Frank Spotnitz and David Vainola, Ransom stars Luke Roberts, Sarah Greene, Brandon Jay McLaren, and Nazneen Contractor. The mystery thriller centers on crisis and hostage negotiator Eric Beaumont (Roberts). He and his team save lives which often seem beyond saving, in part, because Eric understands criminals better than they understand themselves. Exploiting his powers of manipulation, Eric eschews using violence, even in the most dangerous kidnappings and ransom cases. Psych-profiler Oliver Yates (McLaren), former police officer Zara Hallam (Contractor), and investigator Maxine Carlson (Greene) form the team that backs up Beaumont..

The best show on TV. I am confused about the thinking of whoever makes the decisions about keeping/canceling TV shows particularly during the summer months. Keep the good shows on during this drought period. You will get all the viewers. There seems to be something like show fixing, in other words the good summer shows all go off at the same time, what’s up with that?
This is one of the best programs. Interesting story lines. Please keep the program on, it’s a great slot for Saturday date night. Looking forward to season 3!

The story lines keep getting better each week. This is one of the best shows on TV! PLEASE bring Ransom back for a 3rd season.
