A single-camera comedy, The Last Man on Earth follows the life and adventures of an average guy from 2020. After a deadly virus has swept the planet, Phil Miller (Will Forte) is all alone. He used to be just an average guy who loved his family and hated his job — now he’s humanity’s last hope. Is he truly alone?

All those people that say horrible things about this show, all I can think is what is the point of getting angry? I’m pretty sure that some of you liked a show and had someone hate it.
The show has become more & more annoying to the point that it is unbearable cant watch anymore

Will Arnett has never been funny in anything he has done in life so being the motons they are Fox gave him a show. Thanks for cancelling the following and bringing in this garbage for viewing. I Hate Fox!!!

Glad last man was renewed. Welcome addition to Sun nite. Absurdly funny, very well cast, tight and very creative writing.

I liked the first few episodes, and Phil just got annoying. Haven’t watched it since, and don’t plan to. If they canceled the show… I wouldn’t be upset.
It won’t last, but I liked it as it reminded me of Gilligan’s Island series back in the 1960’s.
Without adding new cast members, or guest stars suddenly appearing like on G.I., the writers will have a hard time coming up with new ideas.
Like an early critic pointed out, where are the corpses from the endemic?
Just the same, it does sort of tap into what one would imagine he or she would do and miss about civilization suddenly being gone.

My husband and I truly enjoy the show and it’s quirkiness. I completely agree with someone’s comment “Phil is like a villain that is fun to rally behind”. That is a perfect way to put it. Great supporting cast also. Good writing.
I like the show But he lies way too much and it gets really annoying. I will try to watch it one more time.
Him lying is my favorite part, watching a scum bag can be amusing some times and that’s what I like about the show, phill isn’t a great person and that’s what makes the show fun to watch. He is like a villain that is fun to rally behind
