Hannah New is headed to FX. Deadline reports the Black Sails star has joined the network’s upcoming TV show Trust.
From executive producer Danny Boyle, the 10-part limited series chronicles the 1973 kidnapping of John Paul Getty III, heir to the Getty oil fortune. Donald Sutherland, Hilary Swank, Brendan Fraser, Harris Dickinson, Michael Esper, and Veroncia Echegui also star.
On Trust, New will play “Victoria, the girlfriend of John Paul Getty II (Michael Esper), the father of the kidnapped teenager.” FX has not yet announced a premiere date for FX.
