Along with all the fun and hilarious milestone moments in store for viewers this season, being the world’s largest known family living with Dwarfism comes with its own set of challenges. Meanwhile, Trent, who is approaching his 40th birthday, is hoping to hit his weight loss goal before the big day. Amber sets out to plan a surprise party for him along with a big gift he doesn’t expect. Their oldest daughter Anna isn’t allowed to attend prom since she is not yet a senior in high school, but the family bands together to throw her a sweet 16 birthday party.
