Season two of American Crime Story hasn’t even premiered yet, and Deadline reports executive producer Ryan Murphy has already settled on a storyline for season four of the FX TV series.
Season one of the anthology drama chronicled the infamous OJ Simpson murder trial. The cast included Cuba Gooding Jr., John Travolta, Sarah Paulson, Courtney B. Vance, David Schwimmer, and Nathan Lane.
Speaking to E! News, Murphy revealed season four of American Crime Story will focus on the Bill Clinton/Monica Lewinsky sex scandal. The EP also mentioned that Sarah Paulson will be involved in the season, but he did not reveal which role she’ll play.
Season two of the FX series will explore Hurricane Katrina, while season three will cover the 1997 assassination of fashion designer Gianni Versace. Production is currently underway on both seasons, with season two slated for debut in 2018.
What do you think? Did you watch season one of American Crime Story? Will you watch season two?
Why does he keep casting the same actresses over and over and over again? Lange, Paulson, Bates…he just keeps rotating them. Don’t get it.
Because all three have multiple Emmy wins and nominations for working on his shows. He knows what he’s getting.
