New York, NY (September 13, 2019) – The popular and award-winning home improvement series George to the Rescue returns for a tenth fall season on Saturday, September 21 on NBC stations (check local listings). Produced by LX.TV, a division of NBC Owned Television Station group, the series will continue its decade-long legacy of highlighting how the power of home renovation can bring communities together and make life-changing impacts on families who may be facing life’s biggest trials.

“George puts his heart and soul into every project – and the results are remarkable. Using the power of renovation, George’s hard work and unique vision have transformed the lives of hundreds of deserving families. We look forward to telling even more inspiring stories and celebrating our tenth season throughout the fall,” said Marni Sabia, Vice President, Lifestyle Production for LX.TV.

George to the Rescue launched in 2010, with more than 110 episodes airing to date. The series features George Oliphant and his team of contractors and designers taking on perplexing home improvement projects for families facing their own personal challenges within their homes and their daily lives that they can’t address on their own. In each episode, Oliphant and his team create life-changing, dramatic home transformations that develop before audiences’ eyes. At the end of each episode, Oliphant and his team join with neighbors and the community to welcome the families home to their newly renovated spaces.

“The passion and commitment that is displayed time and time again on every job we do, in every community we touch, is truly unbelievable. Every day I am inspired by both the families we are able to help and the incredibly generous and talented souls who come together to make these phenomenal transformations possible. I cannot wait for everyone see what can be accomplished through love, determination and an insatiable desire to make a difference this fall on George to the Rescue,” added Oliphant.
