A reimagining of the original Hawaii Five-0 TV show, this police procedural series revolves around an elite state police task force that fights crime in the 50th state. The series stars Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, Chi McBride, Masi Oka, and Jorge Garcia.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. Being in our 70’s, my wife and I have been enjoying this show since the time of Jack Lord and James MacArthur. Having family living in Maui, we started watching (and got hooked) on the new show. Lately, it seems that the show is just constant bickering and arguing among the stars! We find this quite annoying and will cease to watch this fine show if things don’t change. Let Steve and Danno argue on their own time — not show time. Can’t your script writers think up better scenarios. Please go for another season, but add more crime fighting… Read more »

Hawaii 5-0 just gets better and better. This is only one of a few shows I watch. I have been a fan since it started. Several of my kids (grown up and out of the house) have become fans as well, and have started watching the show from season one on Netflix and bought seasons and episodes on amazon. We have been to Hawaii many times and have even caught glimpses of filming scenes of the show. Please keep our family’s favorite show on the air!!
Both my husband (mid-50s) AND myself (also mid-50s) thoroughly enjoy this great show AND the great actors starring/appearing in/on it AS MUCH THIS SEASON as we did when it first began years ago. We are well-educated people with a discerning eye and good senses of humor. We have two 20-something daughters, one actively in the field of emergency medical treatment and one about to enter said field as well. They are well-educated also. Hawaii-5-0 is one of my favorite programs. It deserves to be renewed. It is so much better than all those idiotic reality programs they consider “entertainment.” It is also one of the best police dramas. or any dramas, on tv. I look forward to seeing it every week. Also, the cast is fantastic. RENEW!!!!!!!!

Was better when Steve was chasing Wo Fat and his Mom was on, also when Kono and Adam where more involved. It is so hum drum, boring and predictable, it better turn around or I will not be watching anymore.
We love Hawaii Five-o and watch every week. Love the characters and especially scenes with Steve and Danny in the car. Really hope it returns – but leave Catherine out. ha!
Have Catharines return and renew Season 8
I watch the show every time it’s on including reruns I think you should go back to the way the earlier seasons were played they were more interesting and more interaction between the characters and bring back characters that you have taken off . Catherine and Steve were made for each other you keep bringing the other women and it doesn’t work. I’m waiting for Season 8
YES!!!! They need to stop writing Catherine’s character like they have been and go back to what first got the show good ratings. It’s like there are two different Catherines, Catherine seasons 1-4 and Catherine seasons 5-now. Like she had a sudden, unexplained personality change. Hopefully it will get better, but with the writers’ current fixation with putting the characters through a bunch of unnecessary carp that doesn’t make sense.
I LOVE HAWAII FIVE-O. Watch it every Friday night. The cast is great. Seems they get along great, especially Danny and Steve lol. The scenery is breathtaking. All I saw on Oahu was the airport lol Bring Chin and Sara home safe next month. Thanks for listening.
This is one of my favorite shows. It has hilarious scenes between Danny and Steve and some of the best drama on TV. Its ratings would be better if they hadn’t moved it to Friday nights.

I live for Friday night television because of Hawaii Five-O. By far the BEST SHOW on TV today. I love the characters and their interactions, and the storylines are great. I really like how we get to see a little more depth of each of the on-screen characters by showing their personal lives. It makes them more relatable and empathetic. Hope we see more of Adam this season!
I want to see more of Adam as well.
The show has gotten so ridiculous and anti-gun that I have quit watching.
Absolutely look forward every Friday night to see Hawaii Five-O. Please renew this for more than Season 8. Need to see this renew for more seasons. Great stories. Would like to also see more of Steve and Catharine working together to finally join them in marriage.
