The CBC Heartland TV series has been renewed for a tenth season. A family drama, Heartland stars Amber Marshall, Chris Potter, and Shaun Johnston. Marshall first announced the news in a live chat. Watch it, below.
According to the CBC, Heartland season 10 will have a full season of 18 episodes.

I told you we would hear the news before the finale, and the news is good! That’s right Heartland fans, your favourite family drama has been renewed by CBC for a 10th season! Next season will have a full order – 18 episodes, so look for it this fall. As I know more about when the Season 10 premiere will be, I will let you know!

We absolutely LOVE this show and can’t wait to see Season 10. We are a married couple in our early 70’s. We love the drama, scenery and of course the horses! The characters have become almost like family.

I love Heartland. It’s a great family show with good morals. I did the whole binge watch of 9 seasons on Netflix within a couple months. I am looking forward to season 10 but will most likely have to wait for it to be on Netflix too. Any idea when that might be. I hope that the show will continue on for many more seasons!!!

Love the family story. The actors who portray the
Main characters are super!!!!! It teaches family values.
Plus I love horses and own a German Shepherd.

Great show with very enjoyable stories of family situations that people deal with in real life. The added story line of life on a ranch is very educational and adds value for people to know how difficult ranch life can be and how love of animals can bring great joy and sorrow. Both my wife and I have really enjoyed watching all 9 seasons of Heartland, but now have to wait and buy season 10 on Amazon since Direct TV doesn’t offer any stations that show Heartland.
