Get ready for the return of Carrie Bradshaw and her friends. Radar Online reported that the cast has now signed on for Sex and the City 3. Production is said to start this summer on the third film in the franchise.
One of the ladies was reportedly holding up the project. Per Radar Online, Sarah Jessica Parker was not happy with the initial script. A source said the following:
“There was a lot of back and forth. Sarah Jessica Parker was not originally on board because she didn’t like the idea of the characters being portrayed in a more mature light. The full green light for Sex and the City 3 the movie is really new. Everyone’s happy with how things have turned out and they can’t wait to get started working together again.”

Cara said it! The 2nd movie was bad on so many levels. And I hope SJP gave some in that they ARE mature women now. A gang of four can’t all stay carefree into their 50’s and 60’s. My one requirement is John Corbett gets some good screen time. He has aged well and has that great smile.
