Has watching Laura’s struggle been worthwhile in season one of Somewhere Between? The ABC TV show centers on San Francisco local news producer, Laura Price (Patton), who is helping the police track a serial killer. When her daughter Serena (Birch) falls prey to the murderer, the fates present Laura with a one-time-only “Groundhog Day” sort of reset. Whether she can catch the serial killer, and change destiny, remains to be seen. As Laura uncovers what connects her to this fiend, she will come to learn that thwarting fate requires supreme sacrifice.
