Untying the Knot: Bravo Series Moves to Mondays in January

by Cindy McLennan, December 29, 2015

Untying the Knot TV show on Bravo: season 2 moves to a new night (canceled or renewed?)

Breaking up is hard to do, but Bravo spins divorce as a fresh beginning, with its “divorce with dignity” reality series, Untying the Knot. The second half of Untying the Knot, season two, is moving to a new night, starting Monday, January 4, 2016, at 10:00pm ET/PT.

In its new timeslot, Untying the Knot will follow Vanderpump Rules, and lead into Watch What Happens Live.

Here’s the press release with all the details, from Bravo’s parent company, NBC-Universal:

BRAVO MEDIA’S “UNTYING THE KNOT” MOVES TO MONDAY NIGHTS WITH ALL NEW EPISODES BEGINNING MONDAY, JANUARY 4 AT 10PM ET/PT

NEW YORK – December 21, 2015 – Bravo Media embraces the new year and presents a night of fresh beginnings on Monday, January 4th starting with the long-awaited engagement of Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney on “Vanderpump Rules” at 9pm ET/PT followed by “Untying the Knot” at its new day and time of 10:00pm ET/PT, where expert mediator Vikki Ziegler continues to help couples “divorce with dignity.”

A new episode of “Vanderpump Rules” kicks off the night at 9pm ET/PT when Tom Schwartz finally mans up and plans to get down on one knee for Katie, but Lisa Vanderpump worries that his complicated proposal scheme will end in disaster. Brittany might be moving in with Jax, but that doesn’t stop him from moving in on Lala. Ariana’s attitude drives Scheana and Katie closer to Kristen, Sandoval tries to correct a huge mistake, and Kristen and James get left out in the cold when the SUR crew plans a tropical vacation. Immediately following at 10pm ET/PT, “Untying the Knot” moves to a new night as Vikki is tasked with separating a gay couple who, after 25 years shares everything. Andre has realized there was one thing Keith would never share: a desire to be a dad. With so much history, they need Vikki to untangle their knots and help them go their separate ways. When it comes to their marital assets, they don’t want anything to go to market, including their potbelly pig named Priscilla, a vintage silverware collection, an impressionist painting, two voodoo altars, and their marital home and business headquarters. When Keith walks out of mediation, Vikki has to get creative if she’s going get them to agree to her recommendations. Meanwhile, Meg wants to marry the man of her dreams, but Vikki needs to convince her client to wake up and answer some important questions before she walks down the aisle. Rounding out the night at 11pm ET/PT, host Andy Cohen sits down with the newly engaged Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz of “Vanderpump Rules” on “Watch What Happens Live,” the only live late night, interactive talk show, featuring guests from the world of entertainment, politics and pop culture. The series includes lively debates on everything from the latest drama surrounding your favorite Bravolebrities to what celebrity is making headlines that week.
