The Ash Vs Evil Dead TV show serves as a sequel to the Evil Dead trilogy of movies. In the series, Ash (Bruce Campbell) is a salesclerk at a foodmart. After he inadvertently reads from the Book of the Dead, Ash unleashes the Kandarian Demon once again. He resumes his fighting persona and works to save the world yet again. The rest of the regular cast includes Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo, Lucy Lawless, and Michelle Hurd. Recurring actors include Lee Majors, Ted Raimi, Stephen Lovatt, Pepi Sonuga, and Joel Tobeck.

This show is awesome. It is my favorite. It is well written and acted. I sincerely hope they renew for a 3rd season
I LOVE this show. Not only was I a fan of the movies, but this show is hilarious. The special effects are AMAZING, and the storyline keeps you waiting for the next episode. Perfect cross between well produced horror (you can actually be scared while watching this show in the dark) and comedy that keeps your stomach hurting, whether it be from the hilariousness or the over the top and extremely well done gory special effects. Ash vs evil dead is a great show and it should definitely be renewed for season 3. Calling it now when season 2 is just starting. I only found the show by accident but I have been seeing commercials for season 2 . So heads hoping they advertise a little more and get all thr cult fans of the evil dead series to watch a d attract some new blood to the world of ash and his campy blood drenched , laugh fest
