This drama series is inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw. Prior to his becoming a talk show host, McGraw founded a very prolific trial consulting firm.
Brilliant, brash and charming, Doctor Jason Bull (Michael Weatherly) is the ultimate puppet master in the courtroom. He combines psychology, human intuition and high tech data to learn what makes jurors, attorneys, witnesses and the accused tick.
Bull employs a top team of experts at Trial Analysis Corporation to shape successful narratives down to the very last detail.
His quick-witted former brother-in-law, Benny Colón (Freddy Rodriguez), is a lawyer who acts as defense attorney in the company’s mock trials. Marissa Morgan (Geneva Carr) is a cutting-edge neurolinguistics expert from the Department of Homeland Security.
Former NYPD detective Danny James (Jaime Lee Kirchner) is the firm’s tough but relatable investigator. A haughty millennial hacker, Cable McCrory (Annabelle Attanasio) is responsible for gathering cyber intelligence. Chunk Palmer (Christopher Jackson) is a fashion-conscious stylist and former All-American lineman who fine tunes clients’ appearances for trial.
In high-stakes trials, Bull’s combination of remarkable insight into human nature, three PhD’s and a top-notch staff creates winning strategies that tip the scales of justice in his clients’ favor.

Well the show was a good try, but as the name says the show is Bull as in BULL poop. An Assistant Directors position just opened up working out of the LA NCIS office. No disrespect intended to Miguel Ferrer his family or his memory, his loss hit us all really hard, he brought a personal touch to the part of Owen Granger. But CBS please cut your loses with the BULL attempt and move Weatherly back to his NCIS home. The show is boring. It also makes the justice system a joke, if your rich you hire Dr. Bull and he gets a verdict of not guilty.
Proving that you really can “buy justice” ……
I like Bull very much but I can see that the premise will need to develop and vary or it will become too predictable.
It’s a really good show. My husband and I watch every week. Please keep it going.
Please don’t cancel bull. There are plenty of other shows that could be canceled
Keep Pure Genius and get rid of BULL! Weatherly what’s better on NCIS is Anthony DiNozzo. Bull sucks

I love Bull and its IS different than the normal legal drama. Please do not cancel. If someone doesn’t like it, they don’t have to watch. And it hasn’t had enough time to be seen by enough people to get a reputation. Ignore the people who say they hate it they can just change the channel to watch … oh what is there to watch? Nothing!
