What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, Criminal Minds stars Joe Mantegna, Paget Brewster, Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Adam Rodriguez, Daniel Henney, and Aisha Tyler. This season, Shemar Moore guest stars. The series follows the FBI’s elite Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) out of Quantico, Virginia. The BAU remains dedicated to understanding predators’ motive and triggers, in order to stop them before they strike again.
Season 13 Ratings
The 13th season of Criminal Minds averaged a 0.99 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 5.73 million viewers. Compared to season 12, that’s down by 29% and down by 23%, respectively. Find out how Criminal Minds stacks up against the other CBS TV shows.
Telly’s Take
Although the ratings slipped some last season, CBS still renewed Criminal Minds for a 13th season. It premiered with lower numbers than last season and the ratings have dropped quite a bit lower. To be honest, I think this show’s fate will all come down to money and contracts. I suspect that there will be a 14th and final season. I’ll update this page with any updates. Bring back Thomas Gibson “AKA” “Aaron Hotchner”!? and the Criminal Minds ratings will go back up to number one like they were in the past.. “WORD” We all make mistakes in life everybody does!? “WORD”
The ratings in season 13 went down and previous Seasons because ever since Thomas Gibson AKA “Aaron Hotchner” was fired from the show for allegedly slapping one of the producer on the set of the show, who more than likely deserved it.. If the producers and writers of the show were smart enough to bring back Thomas Gibson. I guarantee you the ratings will go back up you can bet your life on that.. I love this show soooo much I miss Morgan and hotch but its still awesome dont cancel and i hope this season 13 is on hulu.
Please do not cancel criminal minds….i LOVE this show
A great pity that the stories are looking jaded & even seem to be rehashed from S1&2. The wooden acting of the male replacements doesn’t help. The odd appearance of Shemar Moore is only a sop. If this show is to truly become very good again it requires a root & branch rethink! No egos, bring back Gibson & Moore. Watch the ratings fly!
Please don’t cancel this show…it honestly the only show I watch, I am even currently enrolling in fbi training…this show inspires me…my heart would be crushed if it was cancelled…plus the last episode of season 13 was sooo amazing, if that went into every episode you would have amazing ratings again….

If Matthew Gray Gubler leaves I`ll stop watching. He is the only unique actor on TV today. More air time for him please and less of all the new ones.

9 p.m. Ratings will definitely go up. 10p.m. is a late for most people working or/and have kids.

The faithful viewers and the cast deserve a farewell season. Bring back both Thomas Gibson and Shemar Moore for a final three episode story arc. Promote it right and watch the ratings soar!
