What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, The Exorcist stars Alfonso Herrera, Ben Daniels, Kurt Egyiawan, Zuleikha Robinson, John Cho, Brianna Hildebrand, and Li Jun Li. Christopher Cousins and Cyrus Arnold are recurring, this season. The horror drama is based on the 1973 feature film and William Peter Blatty’s 1971 novel of the same name. In the second season, Father Bennett (Egyiawan) sets out to uncover evil at the Vatican, while Marcus Keane (Daniels) and Father Tomas Ortega (Herrera) set off to assist troubled foster children, in the Pacific Northwest.
Season Two Ratings

Telly’s Take
This show premiered with much lower numbers than last year and the ratings then dropped even lower. The numbers are terrible, even for a Friday show. I think that it will be cancelled but then, the ratings were awful last year too. Going just by the numbers, the second season is a Nielsen miracle. I’m no longer letting this series whet my highly excitable appetite. Instead, I’ll keep a hungry (but jaded) eye on the ratings and update this page with breaking developments. Please , please make season 3, I thought the script and acting was awesome, there is so much you can do with this story line, give it a chance and this show will become a classic !!
Please make season three. The last episode was amazing! The scene where the priest spoke on behalf of their father was very powerful. How can you end such an amazing series, that has been building so much, with such a cliff hanger!?!?!?!

FOX, again, you’re a disappointment as usual. You’re putting a good on the rocks because it slips a little bit? Well, I’m many are feeling the same as I about this television series. Th Exorcist like Lucifer if an awesome show. Ever time I like a show, it seems like FOX does not and it drops the show Bring it back I say.
Please continue with season 3!!! I loved this show, as it was refreshingly different from other horror shows, filled with pointless jump scares. The show actually had an intriguing storyline w/great actors. I feel that ratings were low b/c the show was not fairly advertised! Even persons I know that love horror movies weren’t aware of the show. Great show but needed more exposure.
