Scorpion just wrapped its fourth season, but will there be another? Should CBS renew the TV show for a fifth season for not? Do you want more adventures of this geeky crew?
The action drama follows a team of misfits who also happen to be the country’s last line of defense against lurking high-tech threats. The cast includes Elyes Gabel, Katharine McPhee, Eddie Kay Thomas, Jadyn Wong, Ari Stidham, Robert Patrick, Riley B. Smith, Andy Buckley, Jamie McShane, Joshua Leonard, Dan Dratch, and Scott Porter.
It’s unclear if CBS will renew Scorpion for a fifth season. On the one hand, ratings have been pretty low for the series. Season four averaged a 0.81 rating in the 18-49 demo and 5.262 million viewers. That’s a nearly 30% drop in both ratings and viewership when compared to last season’s numbers.
On the other hand, CBS Television Studios is a producer on Scorpion, meaning the network has additional financial interest in picking up the show for another season. The show already has 93 episodes in the can and these days, that’s already enough for syndication.

Scorpion is family-friendly Entertainment at it’s finest. The chemistry & cast dynamics of the original 7 cast are the best in television! It’s absolutely my favorite show. Definitely want to see a Season 5. The writers got a little off track in Season 4, but I trust they will learn from their errors & Season 5 will be great!

Yes!!!!!!! Please renew Scorpion for another season as it is such a good show with its storylines of some tense moments mixed with some sarcastic humor between some characters at times. Don’t get rid of one of your best shows. CBS is the best of the 3 networks Don’t start messing it up now.
