Court will remain in session on USA Network. The cable channel has renewed Suits for a sixth season of 16 episodes.
Suits revolves around the exploits of superstar attorney Harvey Spector (Gabriel Macht) and his college dropout protegé Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams). The show’s cast also includes Gina Torres, Rick Hoffman, Sarah Rafferty, and Meghan Markle.
The fifth season debuted last week to a 0.61 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.13 million viewers. Compared to the fourth season premiere, that was down by 19% and 15% respectively. Despite the decline, Suits is still USA’s best performer in both the demo and total viewership.

My wife and I are overjoyed there will be a 6th Season of Suits!!!1 This is an amazing show that deals with the complex manipulations in the legal world, but also the often overlooked complicated past and present lives of lawyers. Can’t wait!!!!! The Summer Finale was astonishing on many levels. WE LOVE SUITS…
I would like to see at least 10 seasons of SUITS , Great show with a great cast and writers . Glad to see its coming back but hoping for more than 6 seasons

It’s a solid show which I’ve enjoyed from episode one to the present. It will get cancelled one day, (all shows do eventually) but I hope they allow them to end the show gracefully, tying up the loose ends Like USA did with White Collar and Burn Notice, FX did with Justified, and NOT like CBS did with Jericho.
Hah! Glad it got renewed… & it’s one of the few good shows on tv these days that DID get renewed. Think… FOREVER & AMERICAN ODYSSEY!
I agree with you! I loved Forever and American Odyssey. I cannot believe they are not being renewed. I don’t think they give shows any kind of chance. And wonder why they have to come up with all these new shows and then they don’t do any good. It’s because people are afraid to start watching them and get addicted, only to be cancelled!!

I’m so glad they are renewing it I’ve even gotten quite a few people to start watching it the characters all are really interesting. I don’t want this one to end right now. there’s still so much story that could be developed.

not surprised considering how bad all the other shows on the network are doing. but still, considering how the ratings are falling for this show it will be in .4s next year like everything else on USA
