What’s This TV Show About?
A Starz scripted comedy, Survivor’s Remorse stars Jessie T. Usher, RonReaco Lee, Erica Ash, Teyonah Parris, Tichina Arnold, and Mike Epps. The story centers on Cam Calloway (Usher), an industrious young basketball star who is thrust into the limelight after signing a huge contract with a pro basketball team in Atlanta. In the fourth season, the Calloway family must deal with the aftermath of Uncle Julius’ (Epps) accident.
Season Four Ratings

Although it premiered with positive numbers, the ratings have fallen quite a bit this time around. Will Starz cancel or renew Survivor’s Remorse for season five? All the great shows like Survivors Remorse and Incontempt that’s not on main stream tv are cancelled if they were on main stream tv they would not be cancelled. I’m in absolute shock that these 2 shows were cancelled. As a fan of both the series…. what do I watch now…??

I just want to add this was a great show, about black families one which you could laugh cry and real issues were discussed in a gentle nature. No murders, blood too much violence or gang bangers and drugs and thugs. Please bring it back. Do alot more marketing. I will also cancel my subscrption ro Stars. I am not a fan of Powers, as they portray to much violence. This show was a real keeper. Expressing current Issues, and real problems truthful. Thank you
I am very disappointed, I renewed my subscription with Starz in hopes to see survivor remorse new season. Survivor Remorse is an excellent body of work that follows a success black family on its journey towards economic sustainability. The journey is real and challengeing for the AA community that is oftened not portrayed on media networks. Tge media often portray AA population in negatives light. Overall, the show is very positive exhibits good acting, meaningful theme and plot leaving the viewers with meaningful take home messages couple with humor. Love the program, starz sucks if the cancel the show well, i just hope that another network has got the brains to pick the show up.

If they would have just given Mike Epps the money he asked for instead of killing him off ratings would have stayed up. I really enjoyed watching the show sad to know that is leaving us.

I really hate it when good shows canceled! I’m still so upset about Showtime’s cancelation of Streetwise and Huff. Survivor’s Remorse was light, funny, smart, and refreshing. I enjoyed every character and am so disappointed it did not get renewed. I’m really hoping that maybe Netflix or another network will pick it up and continue with this great show!

I enjoyed all of the characters and am so disappointed it did not get renewed. I am really hoping that maybe efflux or another network will pick it up and continue with this great show!

Love the series, I’m all caught up on all seasons and would be sadly disappointed if the show was cancelled. I vote for the Starz to continue with the show. Love love love the show, gr8 story, keeps me at the edge of my seat, informative story about things in the world. I laugh, cry, and wonder how people v can be so critical and judgemental without first looking within themselves, as with Mchuk being gay, who are to judge, we all have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory, so many church’s quick to Judge, there’s not enough love… Read more »
I hope they bring it back for a fifth season they are the reason I ordered Starz. They are all great actors/ actresses , I love the storyline and I really hated to see Mike Epps die (I cried). I find myself laughing out loud with some of the scenes this is just such a good show.
