NBC’s only remaining soap opera has been around for more than 50 years. Days of Our Lives’ ratings have dropped a lot over the years but, thankfully, there’s no danger of it being cancelled soon. The network has already renewed it for the 2016-17 season (the show’s 52nd!). Will it be safe after that? Stay tuned.
Set in the Mid-western town of Salem, Days of Our Lives revolves around the members of the Brady, Horton, and DiMera families — along with their friends, enemies, and lovers. Castmembers include Kristian Alfonso, John Aniston, Camila Banus, Bryan Dattilo, Mary Beth Evans, Billy Flynn, Galen Gering, Deidre Hall, Drake Hogestyn, Lauren Koslow, Wally Kurth, Jen Lilley, Kate Mansi, Eric Martsolf, Joseph Mascolo, Peggy McCay, Casey Moss, James Read, Melissa Reeves, James Reynolds, Suzanne Rogers, Josh Taylor, Greg Vaughan, Robert Scott Wilson, and Arianne Zucker.

Days has been a part of my life since the beginning. Started watching with my mom and she has been gone for many years. So Days family connects me with my memories. I’ve watched some come and go, loss loved ones in real life and on the show and the cast remains a part of my family. We have enough talk shows and full of their biased opinions spreading hate.
Please keep Days of our lives on. It is the best show. I never miss it. If it gets cancel, I will not watch anything on NBC. Put that Megan Kelly show on after Days of our lives go off. You cannot replace a show that’s been on for over 50 years. This show is better than all of the rest. So please keep it on.

Days of Our Lives is the only show I watch on NBC. I will NEVER EVER watch another thing on that channel if they cancel it . Especially if it is cancelled to put narcissistic Megan Kelly’s show in its place . Believe me, I’m not the only on that feels this way , so PLEASE don’t make that horrible mistake for her .
Please keep days running, I have been watching for a very long time and I really love the show and the people on it. My daughter and I use to watch it together, but she passed away and now I watch it for the both of us.

I have watched Days since the beginning. Its the only thing in TV worth watching on daytime tv, Please keep in on for more than one season.
I love days. I have watched it ever since it came on. No way of recording it in the early days. My mom would tell me what happened. I now can record it and watch it every night when I come home from work. So many of my family watch it. We will be lost without it. It is my favorite show of all shows. It is a good show. The cast does a great job. Please don’t cancel. I read the book and how it got started. It is an amazing show.
I never missed any episodes from 1984 – 91. Acting, story lines and even the sets were simply superb.Most of us remain very loyal DOOL viewers.
Days of our lives isn’t worth putting on anymore .
It is the only thing worth watching on tv…I have watched since 1980… I was born in 74 btw… so I will be willing to put up a fight for this show…other soaps have left but come on….we will all leave nbc for good if they cancel….hell go to nbc.com this is the only good show they have..they would like to stay in business I am sure and are not stupid enough to sell out on OUR Salem family….
Have watched since the beginning, 50 years. First, lunch and nap time when my babies were little, then taped when I was working. Now I’m retired and its still my favorite day time show. Maybe your viewing age should be increased, we are getting older! My husband even watches now!
Been watching DAYS since early 70’s, before in school with grandmother. It’s the only show I basically watch since there’s so much repeated law shows, reality shows, etc. since I work, DAYS is taped daily. Please renew each year….. Don’t take off.

Days must stay for more than one more season, please! It is now the BEST soap since the ones that were cancelled. There is very little to watch on daytime TV anymore…Days is my top priority.
I love it just as much now as I always have, would be terribly sad for the best soap opera of all time to end , I record it daily so I never miss an episode. Please keep it playing!!!!!!!
