Is Ice Road Truckers returning for new episodes? According to the show’s official Facebook page, the future of the History TV series is still up in the air.
The long-running docuseries follows the drivers who operate large trucks on frozen rivers and roads in the icy terrains of Alaska and Canada.
Season 10 of the series, which premiered earlier this year, was thought to be the last. However, the show’s Facebook account says they are not sure yet if there will be another season. TVSeriesFinale reached out to History for a comment, but the network has not yet responded.

Mostly everyone loves the ice road truckers show because we never get to go to alaska and this show takes us there. I can’t really understand how anyone can stand the danger they fac it keeps you hanging on the edge of your seat to see if they are going to make it. We all would really appreciate another ice road truckers season its really a thrill because its real and there is no other show on cable like it.
I think ice road truckers should come back for season 11.I like the show just as much as the next person and i like all the drivers that are on the show.So i think history should bring back the show.
I look forward to IRT every season, and find it quite addicting. I would be so sorry to see it cancelled. My husband and I bought a truck early in our marriage, and now after 63 years of marriage, and many trucks later, like to see what is happening with truckers now, and think about how it was then. Still the best job ever! Please keep it going!
I have been a fan since season 1, it seems history channel cancels some good shows like ax men, app. outlaws to name a couple, do not cancel IRT. THANK YOU
I look forward to ice road truckers every summer, especially with the heat we have been dealing with in Binghamton NY. Right now 20 below zero feels like a relief from this heat . Ice road truckers provided an escape to a world of ice with incredible footage and excellent photography. kind of made the summers bearable. now the History channel is not sure whether to show season 11. please reconsider. the show actually brought relief from the effects of global warming which is bringing some of the hottest summers in recorded history. Its cancellation is very disappointing. please reconsider!!
I love Ice Road Truckers, I have 2 sons that are truck drivers. My oldest son met Alex in Texas and brought me an autographed photo. Can’t wait for each season to start. There isn’t a lot of reality shows that are good, this one is so habit forming.
