Has ABC already renewed Match Game? According to On Camera Audiences, the TV show will begin taping a third season this fall.
A reboot of the classic game show, the series is hosted by Alec Baldwin and features contestants trying to match the answers to “fill in the blank” questions with as many celebrities as they can. The grand prize is $25,000. Celebrity guests have included Jason Alexander, Cheryl Hines, Ice T, Ellie Kemper, Wayne Brady, Caroline Rhea, Amy Sedaris, Chris D’Elia, Constance Zimmer, and Jane Krakowski.
Recently, On Camera Audiences announced season three of Match Game will begin taping in New York City this October. Though ABC has not confirmed a renewal, it seems likely there will be another season of the game show.
Season two of Match Game, which ended in May, averaged a .85 rating in the 18-49 demo and 3.351 million viewers. While that’s a near 20% drop in the ratings from last season, the series still seems to bring in a decent-sized audience.

My family and I really enjoy watching Match Game. We find it very entertaining. So glad it’s returning.
“Match Game” from the 70’s was ‘naughty’ – this version is downright dirty, like the horrid 1998 version was – sorry, this fan of the classic 70’s version passes!

If Alex Baldwin wasn’t the host, I would, maybe watch it, but he is a Trump hater, and a liberal. No I will not watch him.
Perhaps we’ll be in World War 3 by the time you and the Electoral College realize what a mistake this choice was! Or, maybe the Senate will come to their senses, and have our 2nd impeachment in Presidential history!!! Alec Baldwin, many other celebs, even billionaire entrepreneurs, can’t all be wrong!! Donald Trump is NOT going to make America Great Again, but in fact, Destroy it! Burn it to the ground! He is not what this Country is about! And it is really sad !!!
Oh, and I will totally watch Match Game with Alec Baldwin for as long as ABC renews it and will have him host it!!! And BTW, Any individual who can give their time to do anything for charity, (which means he’s donating his pay to a great cause! Just in case you didn’t get it) is OK in my book! I love Alec Baldwin!! He is NOT a Prick!!! You must have been referring to your presidential vote!!
The New Match Game Hosted by Alec Baldwin is for Adults so PLEASE DO NOT let your kids watch it but I will watch every show they make !!!!!!!!!!

I will watch definitely, if there’s a Season 4, I would like to see the Star Wheel return and the Jackpot increased to $50,000.
