It seems like a second season of Bull might be a lock. Deadline reports a new showrunner has been hired for season two of the CBS TV series.
The freshman drama revolves around the brash and charming Doctor Jason Bull (Michael Weatherly), who combines psychology, human intuition and high tech data to learn what makes jurors, attorneys, witnesses and the accused tick. The cast also includes Freddy Rodriguez, Geneva Carr, Jaime Lee Kirchner, Annabelle Attanasio, and Christopher Jackson.
While CBS has not officially announced a season two renewal for Bull, the odds are very likely. The show’s first season is performing well in the ratings and the drama is CBS’ most-watched new series of the 2016-2017 season.
Now, Deadline reports Moonlighting creator Glenn Gordon Caron will take over as showrunner for season two of Bull, heavily suggesting a renewal from CBS in the near future. Caron has also worked on Medium, Now And Again, and the FX series Tyrant.

I absolutely love this show. Michael Weatherly makes for a great suave, intelligent younger Dr. Phil. I love his mannerisms when he is deep in thought and it’s always a surprise when he comes up with a different conclusion then myself and totally is a new game! Please re-new!

Bull is one of myh Tuesday night favorites. I surely hope it will return.
Horrendously boring show with characters I could care less about. I gave it a chance and dumped it from my watch list.

Absolutely love this series, it’s actors, characters & stories. Michael Weatherly does not disappoint. The only thing I haven’t liked is when the show is not aired and we have to miss it. ‘A new episode will air next week’ is always met with a sigh of relief.’ Look forward to seeing Bull every week and hope it is renewed for a long time to come. Wish the networks would NOT pre-empt. PLEASE RENEW!!!!!!!

It’s a well-written, fast-paced, interesting show with characters who have intelligence and back stories. They’re flawed yet compelling to watch. I enjoy each show and think the episodes have gotten better as the series unfolds. Please do not cancel this intelligent show CBS!

Bring on season two. Bull is a don’t miss part of my Tuesday nights. Good plots, good cast, good dialogue, human interactions galore and trial structures make this one good.

I find “Bull” him ho. Perry Mason and Matlock were far better courtroom dramas but they were hired to defend the client, not manipulate juries.
