An OWN primetime soap opera, The Haves and the Have Nots stars Tika Sumpter, Crystal Fox, Renee Lawless, Tyler Lepley, Aaron, Peter Parros, Angela Robinson, Gavin Houston, John Schneider, Brett Davis, Presilah Nunez, and Nick Sagar. The crime thriller centers on the complicated dynamic between the rich and powerful Cryer family of Savannah, Georgia their hired help who work in their opulent mansion. Season five kicks off with everyone dealing with the fallout of scandal, including some life or death consequences.

1/8/19 update: Our contact at OWN tells us that there are 11 episodes remaining in season five (bringing the total to 44 episodes) and that season six will air later in 2019.

I’ve watched this show from the beginning. I have now stopped watching this idiotic show. This has to be the most unrealistic, and idiotic crap i have ever wasted my time on. I feel ashamed for hoping it was going to get better. I should have realized it couldn’t have gotten better when there was nothing there to begin with. Duh!!!!
When the show first aired I loved it, but the show began to change. The episode on or around the 12th or 19th of June changed all that. What I saw at the beginning of that episode made me delete the whole series and I will not ever watch it again. The episode was sickening and made me want to throw up. There were scenes I personally did not agree with. It was too much for television and I hope that kids aren’t watching this. In my opinion the show needs to be cancelled after that episode alone.

While I really live watching The Haves and the Habe Nits, I do agree with Sharon. I do get confused with the storyline. Not sure where this President thing is going. More hookers? Hopefully it will come together. I also hope that the show will return. I enjoy watching it even though sometimes the episodes move a little slow, sometimes.
I am lost in the Melissa – Jeffrey saga. She got pregnant in the first season when he had is own apartment. How is she barely pregnant now and why is she still there after her Dad died? She is at least 28 months pregnant?? That one and the president story are stretching the story line past anything remotely readable outside if a comic book!

LOVE the show. Hate when it takes a hiatus. Nothing fills the entertainment gap to my satisfaction.
