What’s This TV Show About?
A military drama airing on The CW television network, Valor stars Christina Ochoa, Matt Barr, Charlie Barnett, Corbin Reid, W. Trè Davis, Nigel Thatch, and Melissa Roxburgh. The story centers on the Shadow Raiders, a crack unit of U.S. Army helicopter pilots. After Jimmy Kam (Davis) disappears during a top-secret mission to Somalia, the only safe returnees — Captain Leland Gallo (Barr) and Warrant Officer Nora Madani (Ochoa) — know what really happened there. As they train to rescue Jimmy, Nora and Leland find themselves growing closer. Their desires end up at odds with their commitment to honor and duty. Jimmy’s wife and Nora’s boyfriend can’t help but be suspicious. Meanwhile, the mysterious Thea (Roxburgh), is assigned to investigate the unit’s failed mission.

Telly’s Take
The littlest network has made supernatural and Y/A TV series its stock-in-trade. Valor premiered to low ratings and they’ve remained there. I don’t see a second season in Valor’s future and CW’s boss essentially said as much. Subscribe for free updates on any Valor cancellation or renewal news.

I really liked season 1 and i hope you reconsider continuing season 2 bc i can’t wait to see what happens next. I got hooked on the first season. It really draws you in. It’s a shame that cw thinks that it’s not worth making the rest. I have seen a lot of other types of series of shows that are nowhere near as good and they are still filming so pkease reconsider finishing the series.
I am so upset. Valor was an amazing show. It was my favorite. And made me happy and look forward to serving in the army. I am very disappointed. Please bring it back!!

I am really disappointed that this show was cancelled- it was one of the best shows on TV this season – it was well written and the kept me on the edge of my seat all season – I am hoping some way this show somehow returns to TV with the same cast -excellent show
I really don’t understand why you people canceled this show it is the best army military’s drama that Netflix has aired in a long long time!!it had everything in it that a show needs to succeed??im surprised more people are not really let down by this cancellation!!please bring this show back!!!!

I just finished season one on Netflix. Didn’t even know it was on the CW. So disappointed to learn yesterday that the show was not renewed for a second season. I enjoyed it very much and wish that it another network will pick it. CBS?
I loved the show and can’t see how others didn’t.. surely needs another season to get others on same page
I’m glad to see some people enjoyed the show, but why did CW lower the standards of the first female military lead? It was destined to fail, look at Seal Team, NCIS…the directors must’ve thought having a pretty face, hot guys, and some soap opera drama would make this series last. How disappointing that they didn’t put any effort into the details so I can focus on the show and not the glaring mistakes. Could not watch it after the pilot, I wanted to give it a try as a female veteran supporting a female military lead.

I so hope Valor is continued! It’s one of the few shows I enjoy along w/Designated Survivor. If it were a book and there were no sequels I would be so highly disappointed! The show has a great plot and subplots. The viewership issue is because most people don’t know of the show. Advertisement of the show, I believe, would increase viewership tremendously.
