MacGyver is gearing up for season two. Recently, the cast posted photos as they prepared to film the new season of the CBS TV show.
A reboot of the 1980s action drama, MacGyver follows a twenty-something Angus “Mac” MacGyver (Lucas Till) as he creates a secret organization within the US government and uses his extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving and vast scientific knowledge to save lives. The cast also includes George Eads, Sandrine Holt, Tristin Mays, and Justin Hires.
Season two of MacGyver begins production soon. The new season premieres on CBS on September 29th at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

I LOVE THIS SHOW….i would have been VERY upset if cbs had cancelled it. I was a fan of the old macgyver as a little kid, and i am SO in love with the reboot. I wish someone would reboot CSI: Miami. I am still upset about that cancellation

I Still like The Old “Macgiver” and Miss it But I Have Watch The New Macgiver it is Quite different than the Old one.
I am so glad Macgyver will be back. I love it! Hope it can be picked up for many seasons to come. I also watched the one years ago and it was also great.
I will definitely be watching Macgyver for the second season, and hope for many seasons to come. One of my favorite shows! So entertaining, and isn’t that why we watch TV? Highly recommend this show! Lucas Till and the whole cast are great.
One of my favorite shows. I liked the original show but, this one is awesome. I really like the diversity of the cast and the entire cast really seems to have a great relationship. Nothing better than getting paid for something you love doing!! Good job CBS bringing it back
Hey it’s not brain surgery they’re going for here. The cast is fun & not one thing has to be plausible to make me smile. No, I have a BS degree & most my teeth so don’t go rolling your eyes over my enjoyment of this fluff. In today’s world we all need to step away from reality now & then.
I think the show is great and so are the actors. They are hot.
I don’t know how this show made it through its first season much less got a second.

Good to see Mac back. The science may whiz by again in dialogue, but the cast makes it work and all are personable. Cast is a little young for retired me but I love the science. Marking my calendar.
We love this show and look forward to Season 2!!!!
Let’s just hope that Hawaii Five-0 doesn’t die after this season otherwise MacGyver will be dead too.
